When we are working with any organization we try to pay particular attention to what they do well, and in some cases, not so well. first and foremost, it is important to understand  precisely what the client needs. We've worked with consulting companies who do their best to sell the client on unnecessary bells and whistles in an attempt to raise their profit level. Because we don't have the overhead that these firms have to deal with, we are able to avoid this pretense and provide the client with what they need - saving both time and money. 

For us, success is a job well done that satisfies both the needs of the client and satisfies our own requirements of a project worthy of our talents in terms of design, usability and efficiency. We are motivated by the reward of producing a quality finished product.  When a project is complete, it doesn't mean that the business relationship should end. Each project is considered a unique "footprint" experience but we always keep in mind that one footprint hardly makes a pathway to success.
